Prior to working as a lawyer, he had worked for a Fortune 500 American company and a large state-owned enterprise, Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. During his time at Chongqing Changan Automobile, he was mainly responsible for legal work related to Changan Automobile's international trade and overseas investment. At present, he mainly focuses on legal work such as international trade, cross-border investment, corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions, commercial disputes and disputes, company equity incentives, and data compliance. The clients served include China Import and Export Credit Insurance Company, Chongqing Changan Automobile International Company, Wanyou Automobile Company, Conch Cement Company, China Construction Company, China Building Materials Company, Shandong Gold Company and WHSmith Company in the UK.
